It's my personal thoughts and I get to know friends around me also share similar as mine. One drawback of going to bar is of the limited food menu, be it finger foods mostly to pair with alcoholic beverages.
Seven Skulls Bar at Georgetown, Penang has it to kill two birds (food and beer!) at a time, and here's my recommendations of what you should order spending the evening in the bar with all the great food. Personally, it's more to a fancy restaurant at a ease than a smelly and noisy bar. Better yet, kids (12 years old and below) eat free for every Sunday, 5pm - 9pm!

Saturday Seafood Buffet @ Royale Chulan Penang

Life is short and too boring to have the daily routine, so taking a hiatus of nearly six months and this time I decided to come back with a buffet spread! Stepping into working society had made me treasure the wonderful weekends, spending quality time with another part of the society because I love new discovery. (and to cut off phone time as well).

So I got to feast on seafood buffet at Royale Chulan Penang, it's perfectly scheduled on Saturdays where I'm able to join the crowd with beloved ones in the evening. Here's some highlights I had in the evening.

I eye on the scallop after the the big snapper though!
However, I'd prefer to have scallop mornay, serving in the buffet too.

The tako is definitely one of the highlight of the buffet

Baked Whole Chilled Salmon with Chives, Sour Cream and Honey Mustard
This is simply to everyon's liking I suppose.

The gravy is something make me feel tantalising!

Asian being asian, it's best paired with white rice!

Dessert, ice kacang ice cream etc

Seafood buffet shouldn't missing out dessert for the diners.
I guess we need some sweet after the savoury on the fresh catch.

Qipao in the town

Despite my weekends in January is scheduled earlier (getaway for twice), I managed to get a slot for an outdoor portrait photoshoot. This time I worked with a colleague of mine, Nick. He is a freelance photographer for portrait photography (mostly), and just recently he challenges himself in videography.

We two had been talking about this since beginning of January (in conjunction with Chinese New Year that coming the next month). I only own the black qipao (bought at RM 10, brand new piece). We also thought it'd be great to have a vintage style qipao at the heritage area so the pink-coloured checker qipao belongs to my friend's mum (yes, over 50-year-old auntie damn chio ok)

劲爆十二

还蛮期待的十二月终于来了，时间表安排到这个月份有多元化的happenings所以就一个个接招。 先是工作那边有presentation要参与，事前的准备我都和另一战友投入着，虽然是忙到不可开交，疲累又加上要默默 skip zumba class 不过就有目标要去达成就要坚强做下去。

活动结束后通过检讨会议是我收到一个受宠若惊的消息。说的就是我在presentation所conduct的产品介绍，远来自加拿大，美国还有墨西哥第一次见面的SCP而后点名说我给的sharing很棒！当下是愣着接收这个消息不过随后真的是开心的！算是个小劲爆的鼓励呢。

月中就赴了一趟酒店之旅！现在说着还很激动一下的，我就赢到 G Hotel Gurney G Suite 两天一晚的住宿，真的没想到有一天有这个机会，分享篇正在做稿中了。

再来就是很久都没那么劲爆痛死的经痛。年尾工作backlog都尽力要clear ，所以经痛也要忍一忍，把笔电带到pantry继续做，可恶的是我就穿裙啊所以特别冷。还好今天圣诞节是公假可以休息一下，到现在都还有阵痛。


我同事昨天才问我平安夜有啥节目，我就一律摇头说没。从一开始的不相信到慢慢觉得我这个年轻人这么乖待在家啊，我唯有傻笑回应他们。自己也有反思一下啦过后，我就懒惰吧首先再来就没有心情想要狂欢什么的。还有堵车龙啊就够闷死了。我梦想的庆祝方式就是三五自已和家人聚在家里，potluck 晚餐小酌两杯怡情一下开心呢就闹着一家乐，就那种很温馨的。现在我确实没这个能力不过给些时间以后有能力有自己的空间了就一定会逢佳节都闹哄一番吧 哈哈

这个角度加上这个笑容，我个人蛮喜欢这个自然的outcome

新一年来着就代表自己有更多机会创作自己想要做的事情。最近都有跟踪大马中文自媒体联盟fb page，从几位领导着的直播分享学了不少东西包括自我定位还有文字推销等等。庆幸在于本地有一群勇于发表为博客捍卫着市场的勇士们好让商家知道以及尊重。

最近天气都热爆就好像新年的感觉一样，我今年要买一件旗袍，希望一月的曼谷之旅有收获！

【拾遗】而整顿

这两天都选择呆在家里好好地休息，除了完成该做的业配文基本上都是做家务然后就马拉松式的睡觉大大补眠。好有一阵子都没这样子了。

续回十月篇，我开始认认真真想了更全面，问了不少人的意见。好坏的什么总之有相关的都会提起讨论一回。现在我总算有了小小的了解，整顿自己也有了short term的决定。当然我现在算是进入计划中的initial stage了，再次认清自己是个很棒的体验与过程。整个人会好像recharged起来，因为mindset已经改善朝着目标走。我的自媒体这个部分也会有变动以求进一步发展，我需要些时间（真的不够用啊现在）。

刚过的星期五完成了十一月最后一篇后我才发现原来十一月我都分享护肤篇呢。算是一个新突破毕竟我从未想到自己能够在这方面发展。早前都是以食物篇来经营我的部落格，因为皮肤当时候真的烂透。后来皮肤再次陷入大爆发的时候导致我的自信大大遇到挫折（可以点击这里阅读我的经历，不过慎入恶心痘痘照片） 我狠狠告诉自己这会是总结篇，我一定要把我的痘痘治好，当时候有了这个想法后我就坦然分享出来我的痘痘篇，给自己的记录还有借此机会鼓励同样和我同病相怜的人一个方向。我也是过来人，我都是上网去浏览人家如何走出来然后到现在都皮肤好好的。

我不敢说现在的皮肤状况很好，我都有在放心思去保持好。偶尔也会和我的读者私聊讨论什么产品比较适合敏感痘痘肌还是怎样的日常作息比较适合我们的，我会觉得这样两方面的分享对我还有读者都是持续的进步，很棒呢。当然我也得谢谢厂商的爱戴特别是Althea愿意给我尝试它家品牌的护肤产品。打从我很抗拒尝试新的护肤品到现在我比较安心点做了test wear然后分享敏感肌对Althea新产品的用后感。对我来说确实是新的进步不过也是多一个参考给和我类似皮肤困扰着有些方向，这样无形的帮助我真的很喜欢。这样来说，现在我发展的多于食物篇还有敏感护肤篇。当然也会穿插旅游篇还有化妆篇，包括这个monthly diary啊。

十二月活动也陆续来着，工作的还是personal的都有，蛮期待的！起码现在我更深层的懂得什么时候才是真正的累。
